I went on Amazon and plugged in prime  for a toilet seat cover. My five- year-old grandson stood on ours yet again, finally doing it in.  I ordered one that seemed expensive but was highly rated.  It came.  I opened it.  It has a template for the holes.  It has A LOT OF parts.  It comes with detailed instructions.  It needs a mechanical engineer to put it together.
